Which dating site am I paying for?

If you need a reminder of which dating site you have an active subscription for, enter the email address you signed up with below. If your email address is registered to one or more sites operated by us, we'll send you an email with the details.

What is Venntro Media Group?

Venntro Media Group is an online dating services company that provides the payment processing technology and software for thousands of online dating sites around the world.

Why are you charging me?

The charge you can see on your bank statement is a payment for your online dating membership. For your convenience, your membership may automatically renew at the end of your subscription term.

How can I cancel my subscription?

From your PC or tablet, log in to your account and go to 'Account > Site Membership'. Under 'Help With Your Membership', click 'here' to cancel your subscription. You will be presented with further instructions on your screen.

From your mobile, log in to your account. From your dashboard, scroll down and tap 'Account > Help'. At the bottom of the page, under 'Cancelling your subscription', click 'here' to cancel your subscription.

When you have finished the process, you'll be taken to a confirmation page and we'll send you a Support Message confirming the time and date that your account will go back to a basic membership.

We are unable to process the cancellation for you but don't worry we are here to assist if you have any concerns.

I didn't take out a subscription to an online dating site. What should I do?

We take fraud very seriously. If you would like to find out more about a payment or if you believe that your details have been used without your permission, please get in touch with our Customer Care team immediately. Our team will then investigate and resolve this for you.
